What should I expect?

This is an intensive five-day course that includes lectures as well as hands-on journalism experience, covering everything from news reporting to sports journalism to crime and investigative journalism, along with instruction on business aspects of local journalism. The Reforming Journalism Project training will take place on August 8-12, 2022.

Following the course, students who show exceptional potential for creating and heading local news websites will be given the opportunity to be mentored by Marvin Olasky.
